I got 2 estimates from 2 foundation companies in 2009, I did not choose the expensive one that requests both pilings(piers) inside and outside, after only 6 years foundation repairing by only put piers outside only, cracks came out from old places and new places, I spent $360 to get an engineer report in 2016, it shows inside of house sank more than before, so I had to put more piers inside than the 1st estimate of 2009.
