又看到一个syndication 爆雷的

今天在BP看帖子，说自己投的syndication项目可能有问题，GP已经无法联系了。GP的名字叫lane kawaoka. 这个lane 自己标榜的是10000unit， billion dollars assets management. 而且还在不停地募集钱，买新的项目。有些像Brendon Turner 了。

 

后来brain burkle 回复了题主的帖子，说他们卖的项目已经被拍卖给银行了。LP投资人都完全不知道。
