地发现：liability coverage excludes pet liability, 我以前没读过policy, 以为liability 包含了狗咬人的责任险。所以我打电话过去问，被告知：因为狗不是我的，所以我的landlord rental property insurance 不会保租客的狗，需要租客自己买renter insurance 来保他们的狗的责任险。 我又去问了我的realtor, 被告知：if anyone got injured on my property, including tenant's dog biting someone, landlord insurance will cover the liability， 而且realtor说，如果狗是dangerous breed, my insurance could be cancelled。 请教前辈们：租客有狗，应该怎么弄才能免除我的责任啊，除了要求租客买renter insurance that covers their specific breed of dog, 我还需要做什么来保护自己呢？各位地主前辈们都是怎么处理的？中介说80-90%的人家都有狗或猫，如果不允许狗，很难找到租客。谢谢大家帮助！
