Heat Pump verse HAVC, 牌子和价位合适吗？

实在太忙，只有一个quote；求建议。

Dallas rental home 5bed/3 bath; 2 story；2600 Sq Ft； built in 2003. No gas，so may have to stick with Heat Pump; otherwise the electricity bill will be too high for Tenant. 

目前是原始的Heatpump；制热有问题，准备换。
