我个人觉得比较难

如果你花的时间都是跟物业公司直接打交道，也就是说你是实实在在的manage the management company，那时间应该算。

但是nonmanagerial capacity, such as reviewing rental statements you receive from a property managment company that manage your property for you.   那时间不算。

所以你看看你的时间够不够。
