请教一下：请人修出租房，付给工人的工钱，多于$600，turbo tax 说要给工人发1099表？谢谢

记得以前看过，说是不用。但刚看到turbo tax 说是"you must complete a form 1099 at the end of the year showing the amount you paid them” 新微微地主，今天才看到这个，我没有发给工人啊！请大家指教，必须要给1099吗？没给，怎么办呢？谢谢！
