哥和嫂现在国内，我想给他俩办FP-4 移民。两人有一女儿持F-1签证在美国读本科。

我想确认是不是I-130表的受益人就只填我哥和我嫂。不要包括他女儿，因为肯定到时超龄了。

-Only your brother is the beneficiary. But you need to list his wife and his daughter in the Family menbers part of the I-130. Then, his wife can be as his derivative to apply for the immigrant visa together with him in the future. As you mentioned, his daughter is age-out and cannot get the immigrant benefits with him.

在递交了哥嫂两人I-130表后，如果今后两年他们的女儿短期回国，再反签F-1 签证回美， 会不会增加被拒的可能性？

-No. Your I-130 is irrelevant to his daughter. She is not considered to have immigrant intent (i.e., nobody sponsored her immigration yet) and thus, she does not need to mention the I-130 when she applies for the F-1 visa.
