在 Part 5. Other Information，有一个问题

If you are also submitting separate petitions for other relatives, provide the names of and your relationship to each relative. 

让我产生疑惑的是上面的句子用的“are also submitting", 我感觉它问的是我在同时给几个人申请。我两年前给我的父母申请了绿卡（已经拿到），那应该在这里填上他们的名字吗？还是应该填在 Part 9？
