我的问题是：兄弟姐妹移民B表快到，哥哥的女儿己在美国F1学生签证读高中，没有超龄。如果递完表交完费用后，在等待广州领事馆的通知办理公证，预约面签阶段，哥哥的女儿还可以回中国，用F1签证回美吗？我看到你回复说是面签后就不能用学生签证回美，但是在等待广州领事馆通知的过程中还能自由出入美国吗
