我的问题是：兄弟姐妹移民B表快到，哥哥的女儿己在美国F1学生签证读高中，没有超龄。如果递完表交完费用后，在等待广州领事馆的通知办理公证，预约面签阶段，哥哥的女儿还可以回中国，用F1签证回美吗？我看到你回复说是面签后就不能用学生签证回美，但是在等待广州领事馆通知的过程中还能自由出入美国吗
-She cannot use the F-1 visa to reenter US after she files DS 260 application for the immigrant visa due to immigrant intent. So, she had better not leave US until she receives the immigrant visa interview appointment notice. Thus, she just comes back to China for the visa interview and use the immigrant visa to come to US together with her father.
