我来美探亲三个月时，2018年9月8号女儿为我申请绿卡寄出485和130表格，10月12日打了指纹，10月24日查体，11月6日取回查体报告。现在非常困惑的是：693查体通知上写明不让寄回查体报告，查体报告已取回40天了，目前我是否需要把查体报告寄给移民局，还是收到面谈通知后再带给移民局。查体报告的有效期多长时间，如不需面谈查体报告该如何处理，恳请八老师指教，万分感谢。
-USCIS changed the policy that from Semtember 11, 2018, all of the required initial evidence documents for the petition (e.g. I-485) filing must be submitted at one time, otherwise, the petition may be denied without request for evidence (RFE) ot Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). So, you should have provided this physcail exam together with the I-485 filing. It is possible USCIS may deny your I-485 later without send you the RFE or NOID .
You cannot provide this physical exam report now unless USCIS send you RFE for it. Another problem for you is that the physical exam report must be submitted within 60 days since the doctor issued it to you. So, if you still cannot receive the RFE from USCIS within 60 days, you may need to talk to the doctor to issue you a new copy (talk to the doctor at that time).
