请教8老师visa interview的问题，多谢

为女儿（14岁）file I-130 FA2时，她的身份是H-4（2017年7月到期），我（H1-B）已于2016年9月拿到绿卡，不过女儿一直留在美国读书。现在收到NVC的信让带女儿去广州visa interview。

想请教8老师：1，能不能向NVC说明女儿一直留在美国读书，希望在美国进行visa interview？

 2，如果去广州，拿到的是绿卡还是visa? 几天能拿到？

3，如果是visa，什么visa？
