请教8老师，我妹妹去当地办了 police certificate.  去公证。但是公证处不还原件只给公证件。
-The公证件(include translation version) can be considered as 原件.

但是NVC web site  又说要用原件。
-Don't send the 公证件原件 to NVC. Photocopy is enough. Bring the  公证件原件 to the US Consulate during the interview.


请教老师怎么办呢？
