  1. 2003年申请时有做过notarization for marriage certificate, birth certificate，我们还有备份（原件），所以不用再做了，对吧？
  2. 但non-criminal record 还没做，现在可以让他们赶紧做这个，如果一共住过三个地址，是否要三个证明，还是十年内就行。
  3. Physical exam – 这个去医院做，要怎么跟医生讲呢？不需要领馆的什么instruction？我记得好像这个record要密封的。
