请问第一步该交哪些材料? I-130表, 我的出生公证,弟弟的出生公证,亲属关系公证, 还有其它的要交吗?

 侄子12岁了,等批下来可能过21了, 有问题吗?

-Then, depends on whether the child's CSPA age is less than 21 when the proirity date is current about 12 years later.
