国内妹妹一家刚拿到B2签证，他们计划明年中来美旅游。我正在准备给妹々办亲属移民，请问我需要等到他们明年来美旅游回国之后再交l130表吗？还是我现在就可以交I130？ 万分感激！

-Either. The I-130 filing should not affect their travel to US. But need to tell the truth in the B-2 visa application.
