网上看到回美有可能被拒. 8老师觉得最好呆在美国等绿卡，

 

还是用AP回国，呆1，2个月再回美也没关系。

-No problem unless they had illegal stay for > 180 days before they filed I-485, but they have to have the approved AP in hand before they leave.
