事情是这样的，我表哥一家是由我表嫂的母亲申请的亲属担保移民，现在排期快到了。老太太据说没有报税，不符合资格，所以最近让我帮忙做他们的担保人。

我有点疑问，难道担保人不是当初担保他们移民的本人才能做的么？Sponsor for Affidavit of Support 这里写了啊
-The mother is the sponsor, but you can be the joint-sponsor if you agree to (you have to be a green card holder or US citizen to be qualified for the joint-sponsor).
