前些时间就这方面问题请教过老师。现在还有些疑惑问题再次请教老师。
几年前我为我的21岁以上的未婚儿子递交了I-130移民申请，现儿子已结婚了。就此情况，我想请教二个问题：
1、如果我的I-130申请被移民局批准了，我儿子还能调整身份吗？

If yes, the I-130 is still valid, but you need to write a letter to USCIS to upgrade your I-130 from F1 to F3 category by addressing your son got married (provide the copy of marriage certificate). Then, follow up to make sure the I-130 upgrade is completed a few months later.
But if you are a green card holder to file I-130, then the I-130 is void after your child got married.
2、如果他不能递交I-485调整身份,那么我要撤销I-130申请吗？还要给移民局写信吗？
