本人TN在美国。485把人关得很死。我考虑可否按在境外申请的程序，递130然后按境外（回加拿大）的程序，面谈获得移民签证？这其间继续用TN在美国工作。
-Yes, of course. Just indicate the city name of Canada where the US Consulate is located in Item# 22, Part C of the I-130.
