-Yes unless she can have a legal status such as find a job and get H1, etc. She may hav eto apply for the immigration visa in China because it is difficult for her to get the B1/B2 visa due to immigration intent in this case. So, she had better find a job and get the h1 to stay in US, then file I-485 when the PD is current about 8 years later.
