回复：亲属移民问题请教

我是美国公民，有一侄女，16岁，已婚，想移民美国。我不知道怎样帮她。

 

据我所知，一种办法是先申请她母亲（我亲姐姐）过来，等她拿到绿卡后再申请她过来。但不知要等多少年，估计会很长。

-Her mother has to get the US citizenship, then can sponsor her green card (F3 category). So, her mother takes 5 years to get the US citizen, and then sponsor her green card which takes another about 10 years, total 15 years after her mother get the green card.

另一种办法是她过来读书，还有一种就是帮她找到工作，拿工作签证过来。

-This is the best way.
