我在09年以绿卡的身份申请我一个21岁以上，未婚的儿子来美国。现在我已经是公民了。我想应该可以将我儿子的申请类别更改到我以公民的身份申请他。但是我不知道怎么样才能够更改。是否可以在网上直接更改？还是要邮寄我的一些材料到移民局更改？

You need to write a letter to USCIS or Nation Visa Center (depends on where your case is) and ask USCIS or NVC to upgrade your I-130 from F2B category to F1 category. Explian you has got the US citizenship and provide the copies of US citizenship certificate and the I-130 approval notice (or I-130 filing receipt).
