我是今年3月加入美国公民，4月就申请了妹妹一家三口I-130亲属移民，但我妹妹的
女儿想在8月份申请留学签证来美国读书，她9月份就满21岁了，不知对I-130的申请是有好处呢还是有坏处？请各位高人指点，不胜感激。
-Your I-130 is for her mother, not for her. So, your I-130 filing will not affect her F1 visa application. Also, because she will reaches 21 very soon, she can not be as her mother's derivative status to get the immigration visa under your sponsor about ten years later. So, you had better not include her name in the sponsorship list (her name can be listed in the I-130 as your sister's kid, but can not be in other forms such as I-864, etc.).
