刚收到移民局来信，给哥哥申请的I-130批了。这是什莫意思？
-This is the first step for your brother's GC application. When the 排期到了, he will be interviewed in US Guangzhou Consulate for the immigration visa.

是不是说可以参加排期了？
-He has 参加排期 when USCIS received your I-130 application sometime ago.

还是排期已经到了？
-No. It will take about ten years to go.
