TN holder filed 亲属移民, can still renew TN?

Thank you in advance for your help and time.

I am a TN holder ( expired at year 1012 ) working at U.S right now.

I received I-797 approval for immigrant visa petition ( section: sister or brother of U.S. Citizen) on July 10, 2009. My old sister filed me at Nov. 2003.

my question is: what will be next I-140 or I-485? can I still renew my TN?
