1。回答这两个问题时，该不该填我儿子的名字? 填, 怕移民局发现我儿子的身份已过期。不填,又怕移民局说不诚实.会有大麻烦。真是左右为难。

另,表格中问到生日,国籍,是否一起申请移民， 没有问在美国的身份。

2。 我该不该在所有的表格中填A#？移民局 会不会根据我的A# 查到我儿子的情况。

3。另外，如果我将来转成公民以后，还能不能申请儿子 (他到时已超过21 岁)。如果可以，那现在不填他，将来是不是会有麻烦？
