昨天上班时被老婆拉去看了这个海景 Condo。 我今天上午贴了一张照片。
这里是一些更多的照片。 上午我说的买一个 boat dock 是 $20,000. 今天晚上问了老婆， 她说是 $28,000。 还有上午我说是 bank owned， 她说是 for short sale 的， 这个价 bank 还没同意。


This unit is a 1/1 with 650 SF, located at the second floor with the balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay.

Now asking for $69,000.

Maintenance fee: $260/month(insurance included).

Property tax accessed this year: $2,700.
