siblings (brothers or sisters) but no spouse, children*, or parents the siblings inherit everything

 

纽约州：无遗嘱情况。如果从未结过婚的，也无子女这种情况，兄弟姐妹已经过世的是不是就继承不了了？

如果兄弟姐妹都过世了咋办？多谢了
