请高手给ART爬藤者一些指点

三年前，我在这里发过<<你会让你的孩子读艺术学院吗?>>的短文， 收到很多关注和帮助， 收益非浅。 一晃孩子就到十二年级， 正准备申请大学呢!   当爹的诚惶诚恐， 生怕有什么疏忽而耽误女儿，因此再发此文征求大家的意见。请各位大侠帮参谋一下.

我女儿的情况如下：
移民身份： 美国永久居民
高中学校: 全州排名第一的艺术学校； 该校的学术排名本州第二。
特殊爱好： visual art.     Concentration: graphic design or digit media
从小学到现在各门功课: 全A;  高中选了12门AP : 一门3分(10年级)； 两门4分(11年级)； 三门5分(11年级)； 12年级选了6门AP课， 还没考.     特别要强调的是, 她的 AP Art portfolio也得了A。另外, 在ART 方面得过地区金奖， 全国银奖。 这些ART方面的成绩或许对她申请ART类的大学很有帮助。
Weighted GPA: 5.00 (GPA scale:  4.00).
Rank: 8  (class size: 131) ,   i.e. Top 6%
SAT:

到目前為止， 几乎收到美国所有名校的邀请函，邀请她申请这些名校。这些名校有： Yale, Princeton , Harvard ,  Brown, Columbia , Cornell , Upen, Dartmonth, Standford ,  Rhode Island  School of Design,  MIT,  Wellesley  , West point, Rice ,Carnegie  Mellon  U. , U. of Chicago, U. of California, Purdue U.  and so on. 

我们已经达成共识:: 学ART与COMPUTER 交界的学科，如graphical design or digit media. 这也是她目前最喜欢的方向。

但我女儿喜欢 the Dual program of Brown and Rhode Island  School of Design. 理由是在这个PROGRAM中， ART的成份多，与ART有关的课程多. 但这个dual program没有early decision, 只能留作Regular application. 我不太喜欢这个dual program, 因为得读五年, 获双学士学位, Brown也不算大藤 . 更重要的是如果在入学后，她发现自己不喜欢ART或设计类的专业， 就没有回旋的余地了。她坚信这种事不可能发生。 谁知道呢？ 哪怕是万分之一的可能性， 也得留一点余地。

我强烈建议她early decision 申请Yale. 原因是Yale是大藤, art全美排名第一, graphical design or digit media  很强.  另外，YALE也最积极， 来过３，４ 封信.  更重要的是YALE是综合性大学 ，如果在入学后，她发现自己不喜欢ART或设计类的专业，能够很容易地转学其它专业。

我的困惑是 ： 这么多名牌大学给她发邀请信， 意味着什么？ 是不是随机发出的？ 她的SAT成绩并不是特别好，这些名牌大学看中她什么？ 我是不是太把这些邀请信当回事了？ 
她的这种成绩能够得上YALE or  Dual program of Brown and Rhode Island  School of Design吗？ 如果EARLY DECISION 落选，会不会影响到其它院校的录取？EARLY DECISION选哪个学校更靠谱？
