如果EB1 I-140 批准了， 能否用EB5 的排期？

-No. These two are in different categories (i.e. I-140 vs. I-526), so the prioity date cannot be ported to each other.

俩个排期以那个为准? 可以自己选吗？-You can file your I-485 based on either of them as long as the priority date of either one of the two is current.
