本人持有e2工作签证，在申请e2时已经宣誓公司结束后离开美国（为了没有移民倾向），
-Who did you 宣誓 to?


如果在e2有效期内申请移民（具备移民条件，例如eb5)，是否可以？是否违背宣誓？
-It is fine. People change their mind all the time, and it is very normal.
