Friend just called from China, situation is as follows
 


 

- She is thinking to do EB5 for his son who is currently working in US (but has not started EB process yet)
 


 

- But if EB5 fails, will the failure have any negative impact on his son's EB2 or 3 application? 
-No. Irrelevant.
