两年的临时绿卡，10月过期，7月底递交材料，到现在还没拿到重新打指纹的通知，如果过期日子人还在中国，能不能凭着指纹通知进美国来打指纹？
如果人在美国绿卡过期，但是现在办绿卡的一点没消息（不知道材料有没有交到移民局），是不是合法能留在美国？
