帮老公问8老师一个问题。

老公要交perm，老公的一个远亲是同一个组里的chief engineer，算是组里的manager。公司是一个private 公司。请问这种情况，perm 表里 9. Is the employer a closely held corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship in which the alien has an ownership interest, or is there a familial relationship between the owners, stockholders, corporate officers, incorporators, or partners, and the alien? 需要填是还是否？
