我太太现在用TN签证在工作, 她注册了一间公司并雇用一个有绿卡的人做一些ONLINE 生意. 现在我的485 current, 我想请教一下, 那间公司会步会影响我们的485 申请. 如果有, 需要准备什么材料?  谢谢!
-If she is not involved in the Company management and does not get paid (salary), it will be fine. She is fine just to be the owner.
