1）如果先申请EB2的I-140，

a) 万一被reject，是不是也要重新申请新的Perm？-I fit is denied (not rejected), then need to file a new PERM.

b) 如果被RFE呢，会不会等半年？-I don't know. 有没有可能withdraw 这个EB2的I-140, 重新file EB3的I-140和I-485?-No.

2) 看网上说，F1的孩子申请了I-140和I-485, 就不能再拿F1，我孩子现在在上大学，对他有影响吗？
-His F-1 is still valdi, but he cannot extend/renew his F-1 due to immigrant intent.

他是跟我们申请的，算申请了I-140和I-485吗？如果是，那他将来就不能申请读Master了吗？-If he files I-485, he can use pending I-485 to continue his study in Master's Program.
