8 老师您好： 我现在的情况优点复杂. 我是EB3 ， I140 已批准， PD 是 2015 二月. H1B 6年已过, 再申请H1B 延期被拒。现在用TN 签证工作， 但2018 十月到期。 我想请问以下：
1。 如果2018十月之前， 我可以递交I485， 是否我就可以继续工作,而不用EAD 或TN 延期？ 我的TN 还可以延期吗？
-You can continue to work as TN holder until the TN I-94 expires, but you cannot extend your TN due to immigrant intent (i.e. I-485 filing), so you need to apply for EAD to work after TN expires.
2。 现在的公司并不稳定, 原来的公司想我回去， 我需要重新经过H1B 抽签吗？
