I applied new TN visa for B company in 2016 but not use it, currently I am working for A company with old TN (issued in 2015)

in 485 part 3A: Date Visa issued :   which Visa date shall I put in?
-It means the visa stamp on the passport got from a US Consulate in Canada. As a Canadian, you don't have a TN visa stamp on your passport, do you? So, just leave it blank and write something by hand  like "Canadian citizen, no visa is needed".
