8老师,您好!

EB2 485 已经交 , 正在等排期校正身份, Current date is: Oct 2013, 最近EB3进展比较快, Downgrade to file EB3 140 Premium request to link to EB3 and get approved last week, 正好Current 了.

请问 老师:

1. 一旦EB3 140 批了, 是否会自动在EB3处理了?

-You need to  write a letter to USCIS to request the I-485 relink/transfer from EB-2 I-140 to the approved EB-3 I-140.

2. 一般处理需要多长时间?-Case by case.

3. 需要准备些什么吗?
