8老师，已经提交EB2 的485， 但身份调整时间推迟； 现在EB3调整身份的时间已经到期。 请问在现在这个时间点，可否再申请转EB3， 另外再提交EB3 的485？感谢。

- if you have approved EB-3 I-140 and the PD is current, you may just ask USCIS to relink your pending I-485 (I-485 interfiling) to your EB-3 I-140, not need to file a new one.
