看 律师（F公司）的答复，真有EB2被撤销的风险？

"You should qualify as an EB3 professional. However, there's a risk that 
USCIS may issue a notice of intent to deny or revoke your earlier approved 
EB2 140. If EB2 is revoked, you will have to remain in EB3 category 
throughout the whole process, even when EB3 PD retrogresses.


Currently it takes USCIS 9-12 months to review and adjudicate 485 
application".
