原雇主处已通过PERM， 140， 但没有file 485就换了工作。 按理应在新雇主处重办 Perm, 140等。 但最近一律师说可以以新雇主办EB3, 并用原来的PERM. 说是律师协会在去年年底有个关于EB2 降级EB3的通知， 内容含混不清。 可以一试。
 -I do find some China-born lawyers claimed they had done this kind of cases successfully, I personally have not found any immigration law/policy from USCIS to support such kind of thing. So, it is hard for me to give you suggestion on this kind of issue because I don't know whether it has any potential problem or not.

不知诸位可有什么看法。
