When your new employer files EB-3 for you, the new EB-3 I-140 is irrelevant to your existing EB-2, but it may use the earlier PD of EB-2.  You may still use I-485 which was filed based on EB-2 I-140, with no action on your side.


 

1）可以在老公司EB2 485 上直接申请新公司EB3的140吗？需要老公司同意提供某种文件吗？

2）如果新公司同意申请EB3的140，那么EB2也能Port 到新公司吗？（工作类似）？

3）新公司薪水如果满足EB2标准的话，能申请上述EB3吗？
