能具体说说看吗？我也有同样的问题，2012年递交的perm申请，然后EB2递交的140。现在EB3 都快到了，怎么样递交EB3最有效率呢？
-Your employer needs to open a new PERM position which is irrelevant to the EB2 position and the new PERM position needs bachelor degree only and then, you need to compete with the American citizen/green card holder for this new position. Do you think your employer want to that for you? In other words, does your employer need to open a new position for his business?
