回复：急问各位老师：人在加拿大，EB3排期到了，如何申请绿卡？

本人情况：EB3 PD 2008年1月， 140于2009批准，H-16年后再次延期3年至2014年9月30日。持加拿大枫叶卡于2013年7月长登加拿大居住至今。没想到排期这么快就到了，哎，早知如此定不会辞掉工作居家迁徙。

现在诚心请教各位老师，我还能继续申请美国绿卡吗？
-Get the H-1 visa in the US Consulate in Canada and enter US to work for your employer who sponsored your I-140, then file I-485 after you enter US.

要怎么办呢？ 一直也没收到NVC的信，应该马上联系他们吗？还是要联系当地的美龄馆呢？
-NVC will not contact you and you can not apply for the immigration visa in Canada unless you have filed I-824 to ask USCIS to forward your case to NVC
