I am EB3 with I485 pending. I have EAD card. I am now doing a full time job. I am a permanent employee of A company. I am working from home. I am thinking to do some extra contractor work.
Am I breaking the law if I do a permanent job, at the same time to do another contractor job?
-No. It is legal for you to work for multiple jobs (e.g. full-time and part-time jobs) at the same period of time using EAD.
