我和老公现在被公司派回中国工作，律师说递485的时候人必须回去，那我这种情况什么时候算递485呢？File140的时候吗？

-You need to make sure your I-485s have been relinked to the Eb2 I-140 before you leave US. YOU have to have AP to travel to CHina if your status is not H1 now. You need to bring the documents for H1 visa applicaiton if you do not ahve AP.  By the way, if you stay in China too long, it may affect your I-485. So, discuss this with your lawyer.
