Thanks a lot. 8 老师. But in the USCIS website, it says:"They are only eligible for a further H-1B extension upon approval of their Form I-140 petition as prescribed by American Competitiveness in the Twenty-first Century Act (AC21) provisions 104(c)¹ ; and ...". I am already eligible for three-year H1b extension due to my EB3 I-140. Please advise.

BTW, I mean my PD would be current if re-do the EB2 I-140. Sorry for the confusion.
