老公这次新的EB2 I-140可以relink到他的在我名下的485吗？

-If his EB2 I-140 is approved, he can link his I-485 to his new I-140 though that I-485 was filed based on your Eb2 I-140. Also, your I-485 can be relinked to his Eb2 I-140.

要知道这次他的140，他是主申请人；可是他的485是07年在我名下file的，我是主申请人。他真的可以不用再file一个new I-485吗？

要跨不同center re-link 是不是不如file 一个新I-485 快呢？

还有一个side note, 就是file 新I-485是公司出钱。所以只是从保险性和时间性来考虑，怎样做最好呢？

-Up to him. But if he will file an I-485, he had better withdraw the old one and thus, USCIS does not need to combine the old I-485 and the new one together.
