If your +5年 experience is gained at the current position, and the new position is not distinct from the current one, you EB-2 may get trouble, although the ddenial of EB-2 affects none of EB-3. multi I-140s 

Otherwise, if EB-2 is approved, it can take EB-3 PD.  Mostly the I-485 will be auto linked to EB-2 or under request.  Your AP/EAD is only dependable on I-485, not affected by anyhting else.
